We had Katrin make a cake for our wedding. Communication with her was fantastic, quick responses, and she completely understood our vision and brought it to life. When we tasted the cake at the wedding, we paused for a moment, looked at each other with wide eyes, and immediately took another bite, and another bite. Our guests were literally inhaling the cake and went back for more slices. Even the catering staff took slices and said it was the best wedding cake they had ever tasted. We chose the chocolate-raspberry flavor throughout the whole cake. It was a perfect contrast between the sweetness of the rich chocolate, the tartness of the raspberries, and the freshness of the cream cheese. Our guests and we loved that the cake had no fondant. We are still speechless and recommend Katrin 100% if you're looking for an amazing and incredibly flavorful cake!!! THANK YOU, KATRIN!

You never know what you're going to get when ordering a cake from someone for the first time. Yours looked so beautiful, and you are so talented at photographing and filming the cakes that you instantly get sold. And it was so pretty that everyone wondered where we had ordered it from... But then we tasted it and wow, this was probably the best cake we have ever eaten 😭❤️
